1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service offered by cr333 at cr333.app (hereinafter "the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and cr333. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account.

cr333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published at cr333.app/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered through cr333, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, promotional bonuses, and all payment transactions processed through the Platform.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

cr333 is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, claim a bonus, or participate in any game or betting market on the Platform. This requirement applies without exception to all users in Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction in which cr333 operates.

2.1 Age Verification

cr333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any account holder at any time, including during account registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the period requested will result in the suspension of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

2.2 Underage Gambling

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method where technically feasible. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited in full. cr333 does not condone underage gambling under any circumstances.

2.3 Additional Eligibility Requirements

In addition to the age requirement, you are not eligible to use cr333 if you are a current employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or family member of a cr333 employee; if you are using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform; or if you have previously been permanently excluded from cr333 under the self-exclusion programme.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of cr333 services, including deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, and gameplay, you must register a personal account on the Platform. Registration is free of charge. cr333 does not charge account maintenance fees.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a functioning email address. cr333 may cross-reference registration details against public records or third-party verification services to confirm identity. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account suspension.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active cr333 account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or through the use of another person's details — is strictly prohibited. cr333 employs technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to that individual will be suspended, all bonuses will be voided, and any balance in excess of the net deposited amount may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cr333 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. cr333 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login details. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cr333 support immediately via live chat or WhatsApp at +880 1700 000333.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

cr333 operates a Know Your Customer process in accordance with standard online gaming industry practice. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before a withdrawal is processed. KYC verification is a one-time process per account. Documents submitted are stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until the process is concluded satisfactorily.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

cr333 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. cr333 does not currently accept credit card, debit card, or international bank wire payments. All transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by cr333, though your mobile wallet provider may impose its own daily transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your cr333 account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. cr333 does not charge any fee for deposits. If a deposit fails to appear in your cr333 account within 15 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your wallet, contact support with the transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless that method is unavailable, in which case cr333 support will advise on the available alternative. cr333 charges no fee on withdrawals. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 20 minutes. During periods of high volume or following KYC review, processing may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if: the account has not completed KYC verification; there is an active dispute on the account; a withdrawal is placed within the wagering period of an active bonus; or cr333 has a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

cr333 does not accept deposits from payment accounts that are not registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits originating from a third party's payment account will be refunded in full. Any winnings generated from a third-party deposit will be forfeited. This policy exists to protect players from fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

cr333 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible to claim a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. To trigger the welcome bonus, the player must opt in during the deposit process and meet the minimum qualifying deposit amount specified in the active welcome offer terms. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device. cr333 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by cr333 are subject to wagering requirements unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. If the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

cr333 monitors betting patterns to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering designed to complete wagering requirements without meaningful risk exposure (e.g., betting both sides of a market); use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; collusion between players to complete bonus wagering; and exploitation of software errors or promotional misconfigurations. Where bonus abuse is detected, cr333 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend the account.

5.4 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds are exhausted, unless specified otherwise in the promotion terms.
• cr333 reserves the right to correct any bonus credited in error, regardless of whether wagers have already been placed using those funds.
• cr333 may at its sole discretion exclude certain games from contributing to wagering requirements on any given promotion. The excluded games will be listed in the relevant promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on cr333 are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Habanero. The rules and payout structures for each game are determined by the respective game studio and are displayed within the game interface. cr333 does not modify game logic, RTP settings, or outcome sequences.

6.1 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or server error that affects the outcome of a game round or sports betting market, cr333 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. cr333 will not honour payouts that result from a demonstrable error in the game software, odds calculation, or bonus mechanism.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on cr333 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. For cricket markets, the following general rules apply: matches abandoned due to rain or other interruptions are governed by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method where applicable; if a match is abandoned before a result is possible under DLS, bets will be voided; in-play markets close automatically once the relevant in-play window ends. 6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cr333 and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Exploitation of software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any fraudulent financial transaction through the Platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions applied by cr333.
• Impersonating another player or providing false identity documentation during the KYC process.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

cr333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where cr333 has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is likely to occur.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your cr333 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closing your account, all active bonus funds will be removed. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take an extended break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of their cr333 account or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion are available. During the self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and cannot be reactivated at the player's request until the exclusion period expires. 7.3 Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed by cr333 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, the following consequences apply: all bonus funds and bonus-generated winnings will be forfeited; real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation; and the player will be permanently barred from re-registering on the Platform. cr333 reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

cr333 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cr333 makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, security, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

8.1 Platform Availability

cr333 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, and events beyond cr333's reasonable control may result in temporary interruptions to service. cr333 will endeavour to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance but is not obligated to do so.

8.2 Financial Losses

Gambling involves financial risk. cr333 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of gameplay, sports betting outcomes, or the exercise of withdrawal restrictions applied in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Players acknowledge that they participate in gambling activities voluntarily and accept the inherent financial risk of doing so.

8.3 Governing Terms

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between cr333 and the player with respect to the use of the Platform. Any prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or verbal — are superseded by these Terms & Conditions. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
